Scheduling of the California real estate exam is based on how many applications the state received. Agent and Broker Exams are usually held in these cities:
Exam locations vary from year to year. Unfortunately, you cannot request a specific location in your area.
Note: If you put in your application before you are qualified, you have a generous 2 years from the original date the Department of Real Estate receives the application and fee to complete your qualifications and pass the exam. If you don’t pass the exam within those 2 years, your application expires, and you’ll need to submit a new application and fee to proceed.
