C&L Realty was founded by Carl and Lorean Williamson, who have served the Inland Empire since 2005.

C&L Realty operates with a client-first mentality. We aim to teach thousands of up-and-coming real estate agents the skills needed to massively scale their real estate business while providing top-notch services for our clients.

Founders

Carl and Lorean Williamson started C&L Realty as a husband and wife team with over 15 years of industry experience. Before transitioning to training the next generation of real estate agents, they were successful entrepreneurs, legal professionals, and property owners.

Today, C&L Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage, providing services such as property marketing, real estate and sales leasing, comparative analysis, and everything in between.

During their time in the industry, they noticed a need for more quality training materials offering everything in one place. This inspired them to also launch a Real Estate School, where to provide 360-degree training for new and seasoned real estate agents.
